Fave Dolci

Biscotti and flapjacks finished, B was in need of something to go with his coffee for this coming week. Rachel Roddy's recipe for Roman fave dolci used two of his favourite ingredients: almonds and lemon. So I set about baking. It turned out to be a quick, stress-free, calming event for a rainy afternoon. The end results are as perfect as one would expect of an Italian biscuit created to go with their adored espressi.
