1. Journaling. I spent last weekend reading the wonderful Katie's book and am now a journaling addict/convert.
2. Post-run chocolate milk.
3. Podcasts.
4. Running around the park with new friends.
5. Parks and Recs.
3 things to read this weekend:
1. Camp Tracksmith. Yes, this is super smart marketing. Yes, I'd like to live that life.
2. How to cleanse without cutting anything out. Because juice cleanses need to stop and we have lives we need to live.
3. Why and how to stop that comparison game. Hint: Instagram isn't helping.
